Job descriptionEnsure compliance with transportation regulations and documentation requirements. Order Fulfillment : Communicate with internal departments regarding order status and delivery schedules. Resolve order-related issues and address shipper’s inquiries. Problem Solving and Communication : Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, customers, and internal departments. Provide timely and accurate updates on shipment status and potential issues. Process Improvement : Implement best practices and streamline workflows. Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements. Proven experience in logistics coordination or similar role. Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, shipping procedures, and inventory management principles. Proficiency in logistics software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Knowledge of international shipping practices is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Experience with specific logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS). Knowledge of customs regulations and import / export procedures. Bilingual or multilingual skills. Available to work 5 days in the office per week.

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team! The responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Transportation Management :
Coordinate and schedule transportation of goods, including arranging for carriers, booking shipments, and tracking deliveries.
Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
Proactively identify and resolve logistics challenges and delays.
Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and efficiency.
