We are currently seeking an AI DevOps Developer (Content Services) to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.

You must have a passion for technology, especially AI and LLM and experimenting with cutting-edge AI models. You have experience using public AI models and setting up private AI and LLMs frameworks to perform daily tasks. You must also have experience building tools, portals and infrastructure to solve business problems.

The successful candidate will be a problem solver who will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, technical documentation, courseware development and others to understand their challenges and business use cases in order to:

  • Build tools and pipelines that will help streamline their work
  • Build portals and analytics to capture various data metrics used by Content services teams and PMs
  • Help enhance various automation pipelines to accomplish single-touch publishing of documents and training material
  • Help enhance source repository (gitlab) to improve issue tracking and collaboration
  • Build AI Agents, skills, tools and MCP servers to chain together tasks performed by AI
  • Manage and administer our AI tools and servers including performing regular maintenance, upgrades, backups and installing new models
  • Build cost controls and monitoring into our systems to track AI token, GPU usage and other performance metrics
  • Advice on infrastructure designs to optimize the delivery of our content, ensure redundancy and operational up-time
  • Help enhance our knowledge framework spanning across many internal and external source
  • Help enhance AI workflows that curate content into the knowledge framework for technical documentation and course blueprints, training content, and lab scenarios
  • Help develop and manage building out automated lab environments for courseware and content development
  • Troubleshoot all issues within the realm of DevOps infrastructure and tools

We Are Looking For:

  • Experience with AI frameworks that are optimized for different tasks and purposes
  • Experience working in software development environments
  • Experience using scripting languages (Python, php, etc..) to automate tasks
  • Experience using git and source control
  • Experience using cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) or private cloud and virtulization (OpenStack, VMware, KVM, etc..)
  • Experience using AI to enhance and enrich technical writing
  • Experience with building tools to automate writing, researching, authoring, and publishing content
  • Knowledgeable with machine learning and working with large datasets
  • Experience with firewalls, cybersecurity, networking and troubleshooting is desirable
  • Experience with Fortinet or similar solutions is desirable
  • BA or BS degree, preferably in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, MIS, System and Network administration or a related field
  • Strong cybersecurity expertise
