Responsibilities
Catalog Drop Management: Own, manage, and optimize the regional product catalog drop lifecycle across North American and APAC digital channels.

Systems Automation Roadmap: Apply end-to-end systems thinking to translate legacy manual workflows into automated, future-proofed digital commerce features.

Platform Transition Planning: Strategically plan, design, and drive execution for migrating catalog drop workflows to modern enterprise platform architectures over a 12–18 month horizon.

Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner closely with merchandising, digital operations, engineering, and UX teams to ensure flawless operational readiness and release cadences.

Backlog & Requirement Engineering: Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with software engineering teams.

Qualifications
Product Management Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience as a Product Manager leading e-commerce platforms, catalog management, or digital retail operations.

E-Commerce Platform Expertise: Strong hands-on familiarity with enterprise e-commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), CommerceTools, or BigCommerce.

Systems Thinking & Automation: Demonstrated track record taking manual business processes and architecting automated platform capabilities.

Global Release Operations: Proven experience managing high-volume product launches, regional catalog drops, or multi-market merchandise releases.

Stakeholder Alignment: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to bridge business merchandising strategy with technical engineering execution.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical industry experience.
