The Mason Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading concrete forming contractor and a cornerstone of Ontario’s construction market for over 25 years, delivering complex formwork solutions for high rise residential, commercial, and institutional projects across Southern Ontario and beyond.
This is an onsite role based in Brampton, ON.
As the Business Systems Manager, you will lead the Business Systems & Technology function by managing the company’s ERP system and related applications used across Finance, Material Management, and Project Teams.
You will lead system administration and controls, security roles and access, troubleshooting and issue resolution, coordinating vendor support, upgrade readiness and testing, and strengthening workflows through effective process improvements.
The Business Systems Manager partners with department operating stakeholders to standardize processes, develop training materials, and drive adoption so teams work efficiently, consistently, and confidently within the system.
