Support email calendar management to help balance campaign volume and audience touchpoints. A/B Testing Execution Set up and execute A/B tests for email subject lines, copy, CTAs, templates, landing pages, forms, and campaign flows. Track test results and summarize findings for the broader marketing team. Maintain a test-and-learn approach to improve campaign engagement, conversion rates, and lead quality. Coordinate campaign setup across Pardot, Salesforce, and webinar platforms. Support list management, invite sends, registration tracking, attendee tracking, and post-webinar follow-up. Report on webinar performance, including registrations, attendance rate, engagement, leads generated, and influenced pipeline where available. Reporting & Data Analysis Monitor and report on campaign performance, including email engagement, form submissions, conversion rates, webinar performance, lead flow, and campaign attribution. Prepare regular reports for stakeholders with clear insights, trends, and recommendations. Analyze prospect and customer data to identify segmentation opportunities, engagement patterns, and campaign optimization areas. Review campaign performance to identify what is working, what is underperforming, and where improvements can be made. Support data hygiene efforts related to lists, fields, segmentation, campaign attribution, and Salesforce/Pardot alignment. Use reporting tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Excel, Power BI, and other marketing analytics platforms. Operational Excellence Maintain accurate campaign documentation, naming conventions, QA checklists, and reporting processes. Support compliance with CASL, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable email marketing requirements. Collaborate with Demand Generation, Content, Design, Web, Product Marketing, and Regional Marketing teams to support campaign execution. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to campaign intake, execution, QA, reporting, and optimization. Support ongoing improvements to email templates, landing pages, forms, automation logic, and campaign workflows. Complete other duties as assigned. Experience You’ll Bring 1 - 2 years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, campaign operations, or a related role. Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform - Pardot experience is a plus. Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM platform.
