Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years of technical college in aircraft trades

Preferred : 2+ years experience in the aircraft field

Knowledge of EH&S, 6S, and continuous improvement is a plus

Detail-oriented and results-driven

Strong teamwork and communication skills

High mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Drive and initiative

Availability for weekday and weekend overtime

Basic computer skills

Fluent in written and spoken English

Daily Responsibilities

Assembling aircraft engines and components according to assembly floor sheets (AFS)

Maintaining quality and integrity of products

Signing off on completed assembly floor sheets

Executing engine pre-dress, test, and post-dress procedures

Documenting activities for workflow and shift coordination

Ensuring tools and parts are clean, damage-free, and properly stored

Assisting in troubleshooting and hardware cleaning

Contributing to FOD prevention, continuous improvement, and safety cultures

Shift work required (2 weeks days, 2 weeks afternoons on rotation)
