Job Description

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented **Aerospace Assemblers** to join our dynamic team in Calgary, Canada. We are looking for skilled professionals in mechanical, structural, and electrical assembly to contribute to cutting-edge aerospace projects. As an Aerospace Assembler, you will play a critical role in the precision assembly and integration of aircraft components, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. **Mechanical Assembler**

You will be responsible for the integration and assembly of mechanical systems:

  • Assemble and integrate mechanical sub-assemblies and components with precision and accuracy
  • Perform torque application, fastening, and equipment installation according to technical specifications
  • Read and interpret technical blueprints, drawings, and manufacturing documentation
  • Conduct functional testing and quality control inspections to ensure compliance with aerospace standards
  • Collaborate with team members and quality assurance personnel to resolve assembly challenges
  • Maintain organized work areas and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

**Structural Assembler**

You will participate in the assembly of aircraft structural components:

  • Assemble fuselage, wing structures, and sub-assemblies with meticulous attention to detail
  • Perform drilling, riveting, fastening, and adjustment operations on structural components
  • Read and interpret technical plans, manufacturing procedures, and structural specifications
  • Conduct dimensional control and conformity inspections to verify structural integrity
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and quality objectives
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace safety standards and quality requirements

**Electrical Assembler**

You will be involved in aerospace electrical integration and assembly:

  • Assemble, install, and connect electrical harnesses and wiring systems
  • Integrate electrical components, connectors, and connectivity solutions
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
  • Perform testing, inspections, and verification of electrical systems against aerospace standards
  • Ensure all work meets rigorous quality and safety compliance requirements
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate assembly activities and resolve technical issues

Qualifications

**Required Skills & Experience:**

  • Technical training or certification in mechanics, structural assembly, or electrotechnics
  • Proven experience in industrial or aerospace assembly environments
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints, schematics, and manufacturing documentation
  • Strong precision measurement and dimensional control capabilities
  • Demonstrated expertise in quality control, inspection, and testing procedures
  • Knowledge of aerospace-specific fastening, riveting, and electrical integration techniques
  • Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement instruments
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Prior experience in aerospace or aviation manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with aerospace quality standards and safety protocols
  • Certifications in aerospace assembly or related technical disciplines
  • Experience with electrical systems and wiring integration
  • Knowledge of structural assembly and composite materials (a plus)
