About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Account Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience and a strong understanding of marketing campaigns, content creation, digital marketing, event coordination, and brand management.

This is an on-site position requiring collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support the execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and social media channels.
  • Develop and manage marketing content, including newsletters, website updates, promotional materials, and social media posts.
  • Maintain and update company websites and digital marketing assets.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating trade shows, events, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key marketing metrics and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, designers, and printers to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts through targeted marketing activities.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage marketing inventories, promotional materials, and departmental administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional marketing experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, email marketing software, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software applications.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience coordinating B2B and/or B2C marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies.
  • Experience creating marketing reports and analyzing campaign performance.
