Logistics Coordinator

Position : Temporary Logistics Coordinator

Job Type : Temporary Contract - 3 month contract with the potential for longer

Wage : $27-37

Shift : Steady Days 7 : 30 am 4 pm

Role Description :

• Receive review and accurately log logistics-related invoices.
• Coordinate and set up outbound shipments based on approved shipping requests.
• Prepare and manage month-end accruals related to logistics activities.
• Communicate with logistics carriers to support day-to-day shipping operations.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and customs brokers.
• Address customs compliance matters as they arise.
• Prepare and submit export compliance documentation when required.
• Support trade agreement documentation and compliance requirements as needed.
• Update and maintain logistics costing including obtaining quotes when required.
• Provide support for supply chain security and compliance programs.
• Complete additional logistics-related tasks as assigned by management.
