Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of client service representative experience

• Foundational knowledge of the mortgage industry

• Type speed of 40 wpm or better

Job Summary

As a Client Care Specialist, you'll communicate with our mortgage clients about the necessary loan documents and information needed and work to move them to final loan approval.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with clients using written and verbal communication methods

• Understand conditions needed to close to obtain final loan approval and review them with the client

• Understand how the different teams in the mortgage process impact the client experience and can change communication tactics based on the information

• Consistently meet minimum production goal numbers and quality metrics
