  • Identify, document, and analyze business rules, information needs, functional requirements, and process requirements using industry-standard business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Conduct fit/gap analysis of proposed solutions and support feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, planning initiatives, and development of new deliverables.
  • Research, analyze, and identify system or process gaps, recommend improvements, and support the deployment of practical business and technology solutions.
  • Develop, review, and maintain key business analysis deliverables, including Business Requirements Documents, functional specifications, traceability matrices, process documentation, and decision materials.
  • Monitor and measure process effectiveness to ensure consistent value delivery and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support change management activities, including change impact identification, stakeholder engagement, communications, and review or creation of training materials.
  • Participate in testing activities, including test planning, process validation, execution support, issue resolution, and facilitation of User Acceptance Testing.
