Requirements:
  • We are looking for a software engineer with at least 2 years of industry experience building and delivering production applications.
  • We need strong programming ability in Python and/or C#, supported by solid backend engineering fundamentals.
  • We value experience with modern web development using JavaScript/TypeScript, ideally with React or a comparable framework.
  • We expect experience building or integrating API-driven systems and working across multiple layers of the application stack.
  • We prefer hands-on experience creating LLM-powered or agentic applications, including tool/function calling, structured outputs, retrieval-augmented generation, or multi-step agent workflows.
  • We need someone who can translate ambiguous product or technical needs into clear implementation plans.
  • We value sound judgment on when an agent should act autonomously versus when deterministic logic, validation, or human approval should be used.
  • We look for understanding of core agent design patterns such as planning, memory and state management, tool usage, and error recovery.
  • We want a detail-oriented builder who is comfortable with code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement.
  • We require clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Nice-to-have experience includes using AI coding tools in a meaningful way, familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or Azure, shipping AI-powered features in enterprise software, interest in cybersecurity or automation, and exposure to evaluation, prompt iteration, or reliability practices for LLM applications.
Responsibilities:
  • We design, build, and manage AI agents that can make autonomous decisions, plan actions, and use tools to complete complex customer and internal workflows.
  • We implement agent orchestration, multi-step planning, and tool/function calling that connect LLMs with backend services, APIs, and data systems.
  • We create guardrails, validation logic, and human-in-the-loop controls to keep agent behavior dependable, safe, and auditable.
  • We integrate agentic capabilities into production systems across services and product surfaces in a reliable and maintainable way.
  • We collaborate with engineering, product, and design teammates to define agent behavior, assess solutions, and deliver user-facing improvements.
  • We improve agentic systems through evaluation, testing, experimentation, and iteration, including measuring task success, latency, and cost.
  • We support production readiness through observability, debugging, CI/CD, and operational reliability practices.
  • We contribute reusable internal patterns and components such as prompts, tools, and agent scaffolding to help build agentic features across the product.
