Our client, a leading organization in digital safety and risk management, is seeking a User Safety & Risk Operations Agent to join their team. As a User Safety & Risk Operations Agent, you will be part of the Trust & Safety Department supporting the platform's integrity and user protection initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and a compassionate approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: User Safety & Risk Operations Agent

Location: St Catharines, ON

Pay Range: · $23.75/hr + $2,000 signing bonus

Shift: Availability to work rotating 24/7 shifts

What's the Job?

• Investigate, assess, and respond to complex cases involving platform safety and user risk
• Enforce platform policies through manual review and AI-assisted moderation systems
• Handle escalated reports of harmful or policy-violating content with accuracy and care
• Review user appeals and make well-documented moderation decisions
• Detect and disrupt scams, spam, and coordinated inauthentic behavior

What's Needed?

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, or a related legal environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with investigative tools such as login history review, API log analysis, or secure PII handling systems (preferred)
• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving policies and procedures
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and empathy
