A company specializing in logistics and transport is looking for a Logistic Site Assistant. This world-renowned company is setting up in Ontario in the Ajax area and is looking to build the best team. The logistic site assistant provides support on the various administrative procedures related to the day-to-day management of a logistic warehouse. He or she takes care of the administrative management of the entry and exit of employees while playing an active role in the development of a good working climate. This is an entry level position with opportunities for advancement within the logistic administration department.

The logistics site assistant is responsible for managing administrative procedures, knows and uses professional software, know the HR and implements HR processes. We are looking for a person proactive and commited to countinuous improvement, a person who contributing to the team spirit and with excellent listening and communication skills.

Schedule : Day and evening shift (possibility of overtime)
