# Part-Time Family Assistant / House Manager – Oshawa Busy, fun family of five looking for an organized, reliable and proactive Family Assistant / House Manager to help keep our home running smoothly. Our kids are older (14, 11 and 10), active in sports and very independent, so this is **not a traditional nanny position**. We're looking for someone who enjoys creating order, staying organized and making a busy household feel calm. **Schedule** * 3 weekdays per week * Approximately 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (flexible) * 15 hours per week * Potential for additional hours if desired **Responsibilities** * Laundry (wash, fold and put away) * Meal prep and simple dinner prep * Kitchen reset and dishwasher * General tidying and organization * Grocery pickup/restocking and household supplies * Occasional errands (returns, post office, etc.) * Organizing sports gear, backpacks and seasonal items * Helping keep the house running smoothly **We're looking for someone who:** * Is dependable, trustworthy and self-motivated * Loves organizing and creating systems * Can work independently and take initiative * Has a valid driver's licence and reliable transportation * Is looking for a long-term position with a great family **Compensation** * $20–25/hour, based on experience We're looking for someone who will become an extension of our family and help us stay on top of the day-to-day so we can spend more time together.
