Friday to Monday schedule (5:00 AM – 3:30 PM EST).

Responsibilities
As a skilled Order Picker Forklift Operator, you will be instrumental in our daily operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

Expert Forklift Operation: Safely and efficiently maneuver an Order Picker Forklift in both narrow and wide aisles.

Precision Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and scan orders using RF scanners, ensuring high levels of inventory accuracy.

Physical Dexterity: Capably lift and handle items weighing up to 50 lbs.

System Navigation: (Preferable) Utilize wire-guided systems for optimized movement.

Safety & Compliance: Conduct daily equipment inspections and strictly adhere to all safety protocols, prioritizing a secure work environment.

Warehouse Excellence: Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas.

Team Collaboration: Provide support with general warehouse duties as needed to foster seamless team operations.

Qualifications
We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team. To thrive in this role, you'll need:

Mandatory Order Picker Expertise: A minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience operating an Order Picker forklift.

High-Volume Proficiency: Proven ability to excel in high-volume, fast-paced warehouse environments.

Essential Certifications: A valid external forklift license with Order Picker certification and Fall Arrest Certification (crucial for working at heights).

Physical Capability: The ability to consistently lift and handle items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Attention to Detail: A strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail.

Valued Experience (Preferred): While not mandatory, experience with wire guidance systems is a definite asset.

Professional Endorsements: Professional references will be required as part of our hiring process.
