Are you ready to step into a leadership role with a company that’s passionate about great pizza and excellent customer experiences? Godfathers Pizza in Fenelon Falls is looking for a motivated, dependable, and hard-working Assistant Manager to join our team! If you’re a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is committed to delivering top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and support a team of 6–10 awesome staff members.
  • Ensure every customer receives friendly, prompt service and delicious food.
  • Train and mentor team members on daily operations.
  • Help with opening and closing duties.
  • Assist with store paperwork, inventory, and customer inquiries.
  • Work alongside your team—taking orders, preparing food, handling payments, and more.
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Cover shifts to keep operations open.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and customer care.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Reliable, positive, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
  • Must have a valid Food Handler Certificate.
