Administration Assistant


Emploi - Permanent Full-time - Assistant / Deputy - Adminastrator



Branch office: Gananoque-Kingston -Gananoque Ontario K7G2V3

As soon as possibleSchedule: Monday to Friday (Day)

Salary: 43 000$ - 53 000$

Description:

Customer Service Support and manage existing and new accounts. General Administrative duties / filing, copying, answering phones, maintaining files, data input



Responsibilities:

- Receptionnist - Customer Service

- Invoicing, Account Receivables, Account Payables

- Assist dispatchers - Delivery - Service & Installation - Inventory Controls



Requirements:

- Ability to work in Word, Excel and Outlook

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
