Job description

Housekeeper Manager – Home Stager Assistant – For Executive Guest House

The Cooperage Mill House - Executive House Halliburton, ON (Eagle Lake)

This job is more then just cleaning a home and you will be my right arm assistant.

Responsible for cleaning the entire 5 bedroom house which includes :

Change of Linens
Change and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities in line with company guidelines.
Empty and Clean Fridge and Stove
Must be available on Fridays, 10 a.m. – 4p.m., must also be flexible and available on other days. Fridays are a must.
Responsible to prepare the house for check in and stage it for the WOW factor.

Responsible for check out Inspections :

Check the property to make sure everything is where it should be inside the house often renters will re-arrange dishes and furniture. Must be willing to put things back in their proper location.
Report any missing or damaged items are replaced or repaired so to create an uninterrupted or impaired stay for the Guest.
Must be willing to undertake regular deep cleaning tasks

Out Door Tasks

Must check outside life jackets, a water toy to make sure that everything is there and where it suppose to be.
Must sweep the deck, remove all webs, clean BBQ, check fire pit dock and ensure chairs are in their correct place.

QUALITIES & EXPERIENCE

Must be extremely reliable and hardworking
Must good at communication by calling and e-mailing and updating.
Must provide references
Must pay attention to small details and have a strong willingness to learn.
Must take pride in cleaning and pride in doing a job well done.
Must be Bondable and Insurable.

Preference given to applicants who can be available in all emergency situations.

Additional hours available for those that can do some light gardening, snow removal of decks and pathways and rooftops, but not a requirement.
