Are you an experienced HVAC professional with a passion for teaching and mentorship?

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HVAC Instructor to join our growing team. If you’re ready to help shape the next generation of skilled tradespeople, this opportunity is for you!

Pay: 38-40/hr

? What You’ll Do:

• Teach HVAC curriculum in both classroom and lab settings (in-person and online)
• Engage students through lectures, hands-on activities, and industry-relevant content
• Track attendance, assess performance, and support student retention and success
• Maintain an organized and professional learning environment
• Collaborate with staff, Career Services, and participate in school events
• Stay up to date with HVAC industry trends and maintain required certifications

? What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of HVAC industry experience
• G2 certification (minimum)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM/LMS platforms
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to student success
• Experience in adult education or private career colleges is an asset, but not required
• Two professional references verifying industry or teaching experience

? Preferred Qualifications:

• 48 months of recent HVAC work/teaching experience
• OR
• 24 months of experience plus one of the following:
• Bachelor’s degree (Canadian or equivalent)
• College diploma or equivalent
• Trade certification (Ontario College of Trades or equivalent)
