EPTAC is seeking experienced professionals from the electronics manufacturing industry to join our team as Instructors.
This role offers flexible part-time or full-time opportunities based on your availability.
Ideal candidates will have expertise in areas such as soldering, quality control, PCB design, or related fields.
Current or prior IPC certification is required.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow while building a career in electronics manufacturing.
Responsibilities: Teach IPC Certification and other electronics manufacturing related courses Travel as needed to teach at EPTAC locations or customer sites across the U.S.
Contribute to the development of new training programs and the continuous enhancement of existing courses Collaborate effectively with team members, fostering strong relationships and serving as a trusted resource within the broader organization Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, tools, and best practices to continuously refine instructional techniques and course effectiveness Requirements: 10+ years experience in electronics manufacturing industry Current or past IPC Certification Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Excellent communication, instructional, and organizational skills.
Provide hands-on demonstrations, and supervise use of industry tools Foster a positive and disciplined learning environment, enforcing classroom and safety rules Practical, quick and hands on approach to problems Unrelenting drive to understand and meet student needs About EPTAC: EPTAC is the leader in Electronics Manufacturing Training and Certification in North America with 24 locations.
