Job descriptionEducation : Other trades certificate or diploma Experience : 5 years or more Ayurvedic medicine / Ayurveda Yoga teacher training / yoga therapy
Tasks
- Demonstrate and instruct athletic, fitness or sports activities and techniques
- Keep logs and maintain records
- Schedule activities
- Supervise staff
- Assist with coordination of recreational, sport and fitness events
- Plan and carry out recreational, fitness and sports activities
- Understand principles of group dynamics
- Leading / instructing groups
- Leading / instructing individuals
- Provide lifestyle awareness information
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Assemble supplies, sports and game equipment
