Shift : 5 x 8hours in rotating shift including weekends from 7am to 9pm

In this role you will :

• Support the Distribution Supervisor in providing day to day guidance, work direction to Warehouse Associates ensuring that deliveries are organized and loaded in a safe and efficient manner and that delivery teams are debriefed at the end of their shifts.
• Assist in the collection, entry and communication of data in information such as KPI's, recognition program, etc...
• Understand all aspects of the picking, receiving and home delivery operations and provide assistance as required.
• Liaise and follow-up with operations, sales, customer service and customers on any issues or problems.
• Provide support to the Delivery Teams during daily preps, deliveries, and complete manifest releasing.
• Manage routing system and delivery runs, equipment sign-out.
• Conduct and reconcile distribution issues that impact inventory and ensure they are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
• Act in a supervisory / team lead capacity in the absence of a supervisor (i.e.., afternoon / evening shifts, vacation coverage).
• Provide training and orientation for new Associates.
• Works on various project initiatives as required.

Additional information

This is a current open position. The salary range for this position is $53,000.00 - $58,000.00 annually. Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market.
