Job description

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Accountant Staffing and Administrative Staffing are Atlantic Canada’s only specialized recruitment firms focused exclusively on finance, accounting, and administrative roles. Since 2002, we’ve built a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and results. With continued growth across the New Brunswick region, we’re looking to add a Senior Recruitment Consultant (SRC) to our Moncton office.

This is a unique opportunity to join a respected firm at a time of exciting growth. As SRC, you’ll take a lead role in building our presence in New Brunswick by managing full-cycle recruitment projects, delivering exceptional client service, and developing a strong network of top-tier candidates. You'll be instrumental in shaping our local strategy while working alongside a close-knit, experienced team across Atlantic Canada.

What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle accounting and administrative recruitment assignments from start to finish.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with business owners, finance leaders, HR professionals, executive directors, and prospective clients throughout New Brunswick.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and first point of contact by delivering responsive, high-quality service and providing an exceptional client experience.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities through networking, client meetings, referrals, and business development activities.
  • Meet with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business, culture, and hiring needs while providing consultative recruitment solutions.
  • Source, engage, interview, and assess high-performing candidates using a variety of recruitment strategies, technology, and social media.
  • Guide clients and candidates through every stage of the hiring process, including interviews, offers, negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Contribute to annual revenue objectives by managing activity, achieving performance targets, and supporting the continued growth of our New Brunswick office.
  • Act as a brand ambassador within the local business community while collaborating with colleagues across Atlantic Canada.

Who You Are

  • A motivated, high-energy professional with a passion for people, business, and delivering results.
  • Experienced in full-cycle recruitment, staffing, human resources, or a related client-facing role, supported by relevant post-secondary education.
  • A relationship builder with exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment where goals, activity, and client service matter.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Confident using CRM and applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, social media, and other modern recruitment tools.
  • Knowledgeable about finance, accounting, and administrative functions and how they operate within organizations.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to providing an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.

What We Offer

  • A permanent position with a competitive compensation and benefits package.
  • Autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing market.
  • A supportive, collaborative team that values respect, trust, transparency, and having fun.
  • The opportunity to grow your career with one of Atlantic Canada's most respected specialized recruitment firms.

Accountant Staffing is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. We believe workforces should reflect the communities they serve, where everyone feels included and valued. We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds and are committed to creating an environment built on respect, equity, and opportunity.

If you're looking for a role where your voice is heard, your work matters, and your success is recognized, we'd love to hear from you.
