Your work environment at EXP
The Major Project - Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all activities related to the design, coordination, approvals with regards to the specific design packages to meet Project Co’s obligations as outlined in the Output Specifications. This role involves developing and executing the all design documents needed to support the project such as developing designs, shop drawings, working with teams to meet deadlines and developing reports.
What your experience looks like
- All activities related to Infrastructure design, coordination, approvals required to satisfy Project Co’s obligations in the Output Specifications.
- Management of Project Controls – Planned Hours, JTD Hours, Estimates, Budgets as required to maintain a positive project projections.
- Execution of required subcontractor agreements with Companies when needed.
- Coordinate with the design Managers, Schedule Manager and Traffic and Transit Manager to integrate design phasing of the Works.
- Manage relationships and leading the coordination with Partners, Municipalities, Regions, and Governmental Authorities, as applicable.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team on design management matters.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft programs, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and SharePoint Programs.

Proven track record of engaging with public authorities and government authorities within major urban environments.

The salary range for this role is between $106K and $141K. Actual compensation packages will be based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
