Job descriptionExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and a high level of computer proficiency. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Coordination / Scheduling experience an asset. 2-year diploma in business / office administration or equivalent work experience preferred. 3+ years of experience preferred. Nature & Scope
- Coordinating with accuracy and efficiency the schedules of our field technicians to complete inspections, repairs, and renovations.
- Processing and tracking work orders and associated invoices.
- Processing and tracking local purchases, and ensuring associated documentation are forwarded to the appropriate personnel.
- Responsible for keeping branch records for expenses and updating them accordingly.
- Review all employee information for personnel and ensure accurate and timely reports are forwarded to Head Office.
- Strive to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Process all documents with accuracy and efficiency.
- Other administrative duties as required.
