The successful candidate will be tasked with leading all sales functions within the retail business, with a primary focus on driving revenue growth across equipment, software, and services. This role is pivotal in strengthening relationships with complex customer organizations across the Canadian retail landscape, particularly within key national accounts. The Head of Retail Division will be a hands-on commercial leader, working closely with sales and service teams to identify new business opportunities, deepen account penetration, and advance solution-based selling. Additionally, the role involves enhancing forecasting, pipeline visibility, commercial discipline, and overall sales capability. Applicants for the Head of Retail Division position should be experienced sales leaders with a proven track record in managing key national accounts, particularly within grocery, retail, or similarly complex customer environments.
