Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting various stages of the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with hand and power tools, and a background in manufacturing or warehouse operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills and grow within a dynamic industrial setting.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and assist with the setup of manufacturing equipment, including forklifts and power tools
  • Assemble components using hand tools, mechanical knowledge, and assembly techniques
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specified standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency
  • Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization
  • Support maintenance tasks such as basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on machinery
  • Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Experience

  • Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments is preferred
  • Familiarity with forklift operation, hand tools, power tools, and mechanical systems is highly desirable
  • Experience working with manufacturing equipment or in assembly line settings is a plus
  • Ability to read technical diagrams or instructions is beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards are essential for success in this role
  • Forklift License
