As a Program Manager, you will lead engagement and program delivery from kickoff through completion, coordinating people, timelines, logistics, and quality. You will work closely with consultants, designers, facilitators, and Program Coordinators to ensure a consistent, professional, and high‑quality experience for clients and participants

- Monitor program progress, milestones, and dependencies, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Identify and manage delivery risks, issues, and constraints, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for program delivery with clients.
- Support client discussions related to delivery planning, execution, and progress updates.
- Contribute to proposal development, scoping, and transition from sales to delivery.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary delivery teams, including Program Coordinators facilitators and coaches.
- Provide direction, prioritization, and coaching to Program Coordinators responsible for day‑to‑day operations.

Summery of certifications and job requirements
- Post-Secondary education in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources,
- Psychology, Communications, Event Planning, Project Management).
- Significant experience (typically 3–5+ years) in program management, project management, or consulting delivery roles.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder programs.
- Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English required; French and is an asset).
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and centralized program or project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Sound judgment, attention to detail, and focus on quality.
- The ability to speak French is an asset.
