You and Your Job
As a Director, Relationship Manager you will be successful by wanting to be at the farm table, talking to producers. You also need to love coaching and developing relationship managers.
This position is an opportunity to grow the Rabobank market presence in Canada. Unlike other financial institutions, Rabobank is solely dedicated to Canadian agriculture and food production.
This is an exciting opportunity to join at a ground floor within a fast growing and expanding bank. You need to have a passion for agricultural and the journey of Canadian agricultural producers.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and proactively manage an effective and engaged team of Relationship Managers in relation to business development and sales
- Proactively manage the performance of the Managing Director in the Area Relationship Managers within the region
- Manage succession, and the career development of key employees.
- Proactively engage in the identification, selection and hiring of Relationship Managers and Associates across the franchise, in collaboration with the Managing Director other strategic leaders, and Head of Rural Canada
- Be a relevant sector knowledge expert within the agricultural industry, supporting the team with this expertise and informing other stakeholders with knowledge and expertise
- Accountable for business growth and profitability of the Relationship Management team in line with the franchise
- Ownership of the commercial performance of the Relationship Management team

Salary Expectations :
Target Hiring Range : CAD $150,000.00 - $200,000.00
This position is subject to the terms of Rabobank / Rabobank Canada's compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range.
The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons.
Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to Rabobank Canada employees, including healthcare benefits, employer registered pension plan contributions, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, and possible discretionary bonuses.
