Reporting to the Chief Inclusion and Diversity Officer, and as a DEIB subject matter expert, the Senior Manager, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) will have a key role in shaping and driving innovative strategies that reflect the diversity of the society we are part of and foster an inclusive culture of wellbeing and belonging.
Working closely with the Firm's Chief Inclusion & Diversity Officer, you will provide expertise, thought leadership and industry best practices in designing and executing programs and initiatives that support PwC's people strategies.
Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Senior Manager, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) , you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Direct a team of DEIB professionals to develop and execute programs and initiatives that support PwC Canada's people strategies
- Lead the firm's compliance initiatives, including employment equity reporting, accessibility compliance, supplier diversity, and other compliance-related areas
- Provide subject matter expertise to the firm's Data Nucleus team, and, with the Manager, DEIB & Wellbeing, analyze and synthesize employee data, metrics, and KPIs for planning and making decisions
- Support the Indigenous Reconciliation Manager as they help create and carry out PwC Canada's strategy to address Action No.
92 of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada's Call to Action and foster reconciliation between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples.
- Work with PwC's Inclusion Networks (Employee Resource Groups), ensuring alignment with our people strategies; develop and maintain processes and guidelines for Inclusion Network activities, events and communications
- Provide support regarding the firm's Wellbeing programs, such as Mental Health First Aid and Parental leave coaching; adjust, customize, and execute global wellbeing programs to match PwC Canada's wellbeing goals
- Contribute to the firm's L&D strategy for D&I and Wellbeing training and development programs, including working with L&D team members on content creation and vendor selection
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in implementing talent acquisition plans for equity deserving groups
- Support the internal and external communications team by advising on, and reviewing all materials from a DEIB and Wellbeing perspective, ensuring alignment with PwC's people strategies
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of DEIB professionals, fostering a culture of belonging, encouraging collaboration and innovation
- Manage and deliver on large-scale and complex projects that support the firm's people priorities and business objectives
Experiences and skills you will use to solve
- A passion for EDIB (Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging) and a proven track record of leading and implementing strategies and programs, in complex and dynamic environments, that promote equity and diversity in talent attraction, employee engagement and wellbeing programs and processes
- Experience delivering in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented matrix environment, with the ability to navigate complex issues with professionalism.

- Proven leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and develop others
- Excellent project management skills, with a high degree of flexibility and creativity
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with and influence decision makers
- Ability to handle and synthesize complex data and scenarios and implement solutions exercising flexibility and sound judgment
- Bilingualism is an asset
