Position : Administrative Clerk with PayrollLocation : Scarborough Salary : $27 to $30+ per hour Shift : DayJob Type : Long-term temporary with the opportunity for permanentOur reputable client, located in the Scarborough area, has an exciting opportunity available for an Administrative Clerk with Payroll. Responsibilities : - Work in a fast-paced production environment, review emails for specific information - Identify key information in request submitted through email to determine the method of response, email or mail-out- Review all information for accuracy and work with customers on resolving any discrepancies - Follow established processes for tracking and logging information- Prepare and process payroll- Reconcile accounts, maintain accurate financial reports- Perform general reception duties, handling incoming calls and greeting customersQualifications : - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong attention to detail - At least 3 years of previous work experience- Solid experience with computer software including MS Word, and Excel- Good knowledge of accounts receivable / payable, and QuickBooks is requiredDon't wait!
