We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Exterior residential construction projects.

This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning and Scheduling :

  • Review Architectural plans, project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Plan and schedule project tasks, including resource allocation and logistics.
  • Develop project plans and timelines.

Manage the Team and Home Builders.

  • Coordinate with , subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Communicate with architects, engineers, site supervisors.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly task completion.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members and trade partners.
  • Meet with clients, and subcontractors to discuss project requirements and progress.
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver project status reports to clients.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, trade partners, and suppliers.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients.

Quality and Safety Assurance :

  • Conduct site visits to inspect work quality and monitor progress.
  • Conduct regular safety checks and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Ensure work complies with industry regulations and best practices.

Budget and Financial Management :

  • Manage project budgets and finances, including tracking expenses and reviewing financial reports.
  • Review and approve project expenses, invoices, and payments.
  • Monitor and control project costs.

Documentation and Compliance :

  • Create and maintain project documentation, including budgets, change orders, and project plans.
  • Review and approve contractor and trade partner bids and proposals.
  • Manage project-related documents, including contracts, permits, and warranties.

Risk Management :

  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Develop and implement project management processes and procedures.
  • Manage project risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and recommend process improvements.

Contract Management :

Negotiate and execute contracts with trade partners and suppliers.

Progress Monitoring :

  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Conduct project meetings to review progress and resolve issues.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of residential construction processes and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills to effectively lead project teams
  • Must have a valid drivers licence
