Designation : Constructoin Project Manager, Construction Site Engineer, Civil Engineering.
Starting Salary Range : Minimum 45 Lac-85 Lac INR / annum as per your negotiation with the employer.
Responsibility & Duties :
We require a minimum of Graduation or Diploma (Full Time).
A minimum of one year experience in the relevant field.
Candidates will be shortlisted as per their current skills, role & the available job.
Manage special projects end to end.
Analyze photographs, drawings and maps to inform the direction of projects as well as the overall budget constraints.
Ensure project feasibility through continual evaluation of structural integrity and design practicality.
Create designs that utilize a variety of materials.
Perform and adjust quantity calculations for practical and budgetary purposes.
Work with the client from the start of each project to ensure you understand the project scope and vision.
Oversee the beginning of each turn-key project, including details like permit submission and design evaluations.
Create the schedule for each project and match talent to the job.
