Sales Manager Residential Production Builder

Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership : Lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Client Relationships : Cultivate strong relationships with potential buyers, real estate agents, and industry partners.
- Market Insights : Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, construction, and design teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Reporting : Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in residential real estate. Ideally coming from a high volume builder background.
- Results-Driven : Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation : Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
- Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with local real estate market dynamics.
