The Senior Solution Architect team is a highly specialized group that supports the delivery of the most technically challenging projects our IT organization is ask to work on.

Involve in every cycles of the project delivery process, the Senior Solution Architect is the design authority for creating software solutions that will meet the business requirements and program objectives

Job Responsibilities :

• Leading system design and feature creation sessions with the Product Managers, System Architects, Product Owners and Business Owners
• Providing the cost assessments associated to the delivery and implementation of the program epics and features
• Owning and maintaining a vision, a roadmap and a program backlog for her / his application portfolio
• Analysing the existing systems
• Establishing the delivery priorities and timelines with the Business Owners and Program Managers
• Creating and documenting system designs and conceptual solutions (program epics, features) base on the user requirements, program objectives and target architecture
• Assisting the development teams in the delivery of the program epics and features

Job Requirements :

• Capacity to manage numerous complex projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Team player (humility, drive, and people skills)
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
• Strong technical writing skills (ability to write clearly and concisely)
• Strong troubleshooting skills (ability to uncover trouble rapidly and provide resolution)
• Bilingualism is an asset (English / French)

Qualification & Experience :

• Ability to gain management support and work effectively at all levels across the organization
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Proven leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
• Ability to articulate and document technical concepts to non-technical audience
