À quoi ressemblera votre semaine de travail?

• Manage a team of VDC coordinators;
• Organize, clarify and assign specific tasks and projects to team members;
• Write and review BIM management and execution plans;
• Implement and coordinate the BIM / VDC process across multiple projects;
• Master different project delivery modes;
• Participate actively in all project phases, from pre-construction to delivery;
• Be accountable for the quality and timeliness of deliverables;
• Evaluate and optimize processes in collaboration with counterparts;
• Prepare project service offers with cost evaluation in collaboration with the VDC
• Innovation Manager;
• Evaluate opportunities to sell services on projects;
• Encourage and participate in the development of team members;
• Set clear expectations for team members;
• Ensure continuous development through feedback and training;
• Actively foster a learning environment, share your knowledge and be an ambassador for innovation in the construction industry;
• Ensure team cohesion and collaboration;
• Encourage your team to think outside the box to find innovative solutions and opportunities;

Possédez-vous ces qualifications et habiletés?

• Bachelor's degree in construction engineering, civil engineering or architecture, or equivalent experience;
• At least 5 years' experience in construction coordination and / or BIM project management in the construction industry;
• 2 to 5 years' experience in resource management;
• Good technical knowledge of building mechanics and construction;
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, and ability to organize work in a multidisciplinary team;
• Proficiency in collaboration and coordination software (such as Navisworks & BCF Manager (p / e : Revizto, BIMTrack, BIM Collab)).
• Proficiency in the use of software : Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Project Wise;
• Master the fundamentals of a common data environment (CDE) and IFC and openBIM file formats;
• Mastery of the basics of Microsoft Project / Primavera tools is an asset.
• Knowledge of project planning is an asset ;
• Excellent analytical and communication skills;
• Be versatile, curious, rigorous and methodical in the performance of work;
• Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, is an asset.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 and ESRI ArcGIS is an asset.
