A career as a Director, Credit Risk – Agriculture within the Agricultural Credit Risk team at National Bank means acting as a key decision-maker for agricultural and agri-food financing. Your Role
- Analyze, authorize, or recommend agricultural and agri‑food credit files, while respecting risk appetite and policies.
- Collaborate with business lines to provide quick responses to financing requests.
- Support account managers as an advisor and coach in structuring credit.
- Monitor loan portfolios and proactively recommend improvements.
- Identify and implement quality control strategies to strengthen portfolio integrity.
- Participate in credit committees and various initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with policies and act as a change champion to improve tools and processes.

You will report to the National Senior Director, Agricultural Credit Risk , and be part of a strong national team committed to supporting agrifinance partners across the country. We offer flexible work arrangements, including a hybrid model and adjustable hours to support work–life balance.
