Our client is seeking a visionary AI / ML expert to lead our team in harnessing the power of generative AI for biomedical text and sequence data.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions, with a focus on large language models (LLMs) and their applications in the biomedical field.

Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of AI / ML and software engineers in developing and applying advanced AI methods for clinical trial optimization.
- Spearhead the development and refinement of AI / ML techniques for processing and analyzing large-scale biomedical data, including text, imaging, and omics data.
- Leverage AI for knowledge extraction from various data sources and integrate multi-modal generative AI methods.
- Collaborate closely with clinical teams to align AI solutions with real-world needs and improve clinical trial processes.
- Maintain partnerships with leading generative AI companies to ensure our products remain state-of-the-art.
- Oversee the delivery of AI / ML solutions to product teams, working alongside developers, engineers, and MLOps.
Qualifications :
- PhD or MSc in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computational Biology, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in deep neural networks, LLMs, or generative AI.
- Strong knowledge of biomedical sciences; familiarity with clinical trial processes is a plus.
- Expertise in AI applications for NLP and text analysis.
- Proven leadership experience in data science teams, delivering practical software solutions.
- Hands-on experience in AI / ML modeling of complex datasets, coupled with a solid theoretical foundation.
- Proficiency in deploying models in product-focused, agile environments.
- Experience with cloud and high-performance computing (e.g., AWS, GCP, Databricks, Apache Spark).
- Excellent communication skills, including data visualization and storytelling.
- Passion for applying AI in life sciences to improve patient outcomes.
