VIDA Select hasbeen at the forefront of the matchmaking industry since 2009 andour modern dating service allows our clients to sit back and relaxwhile we find their soulmate on dating sites and apps.
And thatswhere you come in were hiring remote Account Managers (Matchmakers)to join our team!
As an Account Manager(Matchmaker) you will work with clients to understand what they arelooking for oversee the execution of our online dating service andidentify people who meet your clients ideal partner criteria.
Ultimately your goal is to help them find TheOne!
This is a fulltime position. Most of ourclients are in the US and our company time zone is EDT. Its keythat you can work US EST hours to serve our clients.
We split the day into two time periods to besure we can communicate quickly with our team and our clients.
- Morning Shift : 9 am 1 pm EDT / EST
- Evening Shift : 5 pm 10 pm EDT / EST
You can set your own schedulewithin that time frame as long as you are getting your workload inso there is flexibility day to day.
To start theposition is 7 days a week but upon completing the initialorientation period youll have a regular day off. You will be paid acompetitive hourly rate depending on your experience andbackground.
For the right person there is roomfor growth within our Matchmaking department. While you will startas a Matchmaker there is a path to growth to managing a team ofMatchmakers as well as working with our most elite VIP clients aswarranted by performance milestones and client feedback.
VIDA isgrowing rapidly and leadership opportunities are available for theright person as well. We promote internally and are currentlylooking for natural leaders to join the team.
