Responsibilities :
- Researching and following up on new business development leads for client development.
- Cold Calling
- Working closely with our very talented Sourcing and Recruiting teams to attract the very best Information Technology professionals.
- Building a strong network and list of contacts for Business Development.
- Identifying, verifying, and fulfilling job requirements.
- Exceeding client satisfaction and ensuring successful placements through continued and thorough follow-up.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2+ years of proven IT recruitment experience, with a strong emphasis on account management and client development.
- Disciplined cold calling execution
- Consistent track record of achieving and surpassing sales quotas and activity targets.
- University or college degree is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, with an open mind and a willingness to continually learn and improve.
