We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to grow our Northeast USA territory.

This is a sole contributor position with end-to-end responsibility for sales performance across a large, high-potential region.

What you’ll Do As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing sales and strengthening LUMINOR’s presence across your territory by: Owning and executing the sales strategy for the Northeast USA region Building strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and key accounts Identifying, prospecting, and developing new key accounts aligned with company strategy Analyzing sales programs and market trends to uncover growth opportunities Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and communication Attending trade shows and delivering accurate, engaging product demonstrations Providing sales plans, forecasts, reports, and insights to support decision-making Territory includes: IL, IN, MI, OH, PA, NY, VT, ME, NH, MA, RI, CT, NJ, DE, MD What We’re Looking For Required 5–10 years of progressive sales experience (B2B preferred) Strong communication skills with excellent business acumen Proven relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders Strong working knowledge Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excited to travel 50%+ Valid passport, driver’s license, and eligibility for cross-border travel, and no criminal record Residence near the territory and a major airport Nice to Have Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, or a related field Key account management experience (B2B wholesale, contractor, or OEM) Water industry experience (filtration, plumbing, pumps, etc.) Proven success managing and growing a sales territory Strong “hunter and farmer” mindset WQA certification Nexus membership What We Offer Competitive compensation starting at $100,000 Monthly commission payments beginning at hire Vehicle allowance Extended medical benefits and insurance RRSP program Clear opportunities for professional growth and career development A values‑driven culture focused on innovation, integrity, and sustainability Please note that LUMINOR is an Equal Opportunity Employer that is committed to inclusive, barrier-free recruitment and selection processes.
