Job Overview:

In this high-volume telemarketing role, you'll engage with real estate professionals, offering them local, national and global career opportunities within our Five-Star Luxury Brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • High-Volume Telemarketing: Make a significant number of cold calls daily to real estate agents, brokers, team leaders, and managers, effectively managing a high call volume.
  • Targeted Recruitment: Identify and engage individuals looking to elevate their real estate careers, utilizing persuasive communication to highlight the benefits of joining our brand.
  • Opportunity Promotion: Present various career paths within our organization, from agent roles, Branch Manager, and General Manager, to Global Franchise Sales positions, emphasizing our commitment to professional growth and development.
  • Educational Program Advocacy: Promote over 300 courses we offer, spanning customer service, sales, management, and more, to attract and retain top talent.
  • Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a consistent and robust talent pipeline.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on call volumes, follow-up activities, and recruitment outcomes, striving to continuously improve engagement strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a high-volume telemarketing or sales role.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a flair for persuasive conversation.
  • Resilience and persistence in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage large call lists and follow-ups.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and telecommunication platforms.
  • Understanding the real estate industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
