About Frayze

Frayze is not your typical company — we are a brand-new startup on a mission to build intelligent automation systems for ambitious businesses.

We design smart CRMs, custom automations, and scalable workflows to eliminate manual work, convert more leads, and drive real growth.

We’re early-stage, fast-moving, and unapologetically focused on execution. Structure is evolving. Processes are being created in real time. If you’re looking for a polished environment with ten layers of approvals and 50-page SOPs… this isn’t it.

We are builders, not maintainers.

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Sales Representative who wants in early — someone ready to roll up their sleeves, build new client relationships from scratch, and help shape the future of Frayze.

This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to grow alongside the company, drive real outcomes, and have your fingerprints on our systems, culture, and success.

Your Role

  • Own the full sales cycle — from lead gen to closing and onboarding.
  • Work directly with leadership to refine offers, positioning, and sales strategy.
  • Engage with clients in a consultative, solution-driven way.
  • Build trust quickly and turn prospects into long-term partners.
  • Be adaptable — yesterday’s plan might not work tomorrow.
  • Embrace a “figure it out” mentality — done >

Who You Are

  • You love the energy of startups and thrive in environments where things change fast.
  • You have a proven track record in B2B sales, SaaS, CRM, or automation services (preferred).
  • You’re a natural relationship builder with strong communication skills.
  • You’re comfortable operating without much structure — and helping build it.
  • You have elite time management skills and take full ownership of your outcomes.
  • You have high standards, but you move fast and don’t get paralyzed by perfection.
  • Experience is great — but grit, adaptability, and execution win every time.
  • Requirements

  • Strong B2B Sales background (technology or service-based sales preferred)
  • Leadership potential — ability to mentor as we scale
  • Self-motivated, self-managing, and solutions-oriented
  • Bachelor’s Degree is a plus, but proven success >
