KeyResponsibilities :
- Manage and organize office files documents and records toensure easy access and retrieval
- Coordinateand schedule meetings appointments and travel arrangements forexecutives and team members
- Maintain officesupplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Greet and assist visitors ensuring a positive andprofessional impression
- Answer phone callsdirect calls to appropriate individuals and take detailed messageswhen necessary
- Assist in the preparation anddistribution of reports presentations and other confidentialdocuments
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and proficiency inMS Office suite
- Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
