Position : Hot Tub and Pond Equipment Sales Specialist

Location : Saanich

Job Type : Part Time (3-4 days per week, or more as needed)

Responsibilities : Sales Excellence :

Sales Excellence :

• Engage customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Showcase the features and benefits of our hot tubs and pond equipment to guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.

Product Knowledge :

• Stay current on the latest industry trends and product developments related to hot tubs and pond equipment.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers based on their individual requirements.

Customer Service :

• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and create a positive buying experience.

Showroom Management :

• Maintain a clean and inviting showroom environment, ensuring all products are well-presented.
• Collaborate with the team to organize promotional events or product demonstrations to attract potential customers.

Administrative Duties :

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing products in the showroom.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the outdoor living or home improvement industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for outdoor living products, specifically hot tubs and pond equipment.
• Ability to work weekends and adapt to a flexible schedule.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
