We are seeking multiple motivated andresultsdriven Business Development Representatives(BDRs) to join our remote team in the Staffing and Recruiting Industry .
Theideal candidates are proactive selfstarters with excellentcommunication skills and a passion for building clientrelationships.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Identify and research potential clients develop leads and initiatecontact through cold calls emails and socialmedia.
- ClientOutreach : Establish and maintain relationships withkey decisionmakers to understand their staffing needs and presenttailored solutions.
- PipelineManagement : Manage and maintain a robust salespipeline tracking all client interactions and followups in the CRMsystem.
- MarketAnalysis : Conduct market research to identifyindustry trends and opportunities providing insights to the salesand marketingteams.
- Collaboration : Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure a seamlessclient experience from initial contact to successfulplacement.
- Presentations : Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals toprospective clients.
- SalesTargets : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly salestargets and KPIs.
- FeedbackLoop : Gather client feedback and communicate it tothe relevant teams to improve serviceofferings.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in businessdevelopment sales or a related field preferably in the staffing andrecruiting industry.
- Proven track record ofmeeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildand maintain client relationships.
- Excellentorganizational and time managementskills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software andsales tools.
- Ability to work independently andas part of a remote team.
- Selfmotivated with apositive attitude and a drive tosucceed.
- Familiarity with the staffing andrecruiting industry is a plus.
