We’re the largest privately held spine company and among the largest family-owned medical technology companies in the world, dedicated to innovation, surgeon partnerships, and improving patient outcomes in spine care. As a Sales Compensation Analyst in our Sales Operations function within the Spine division, you’ll play a central role in establishing and administering VB Spine’s sales and incentive compensation programs — ensuring accurate, timely calculations while supporting key Sales Operations reporting and commercial growth initiatives.

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is CAD $55,000 – $75,000 annually. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions. Potential for bonuses and incentives plus benefits may also apply.
