The organization offers the opportunity for overtime and has a track record of converting high-performing temporary workers into permanent team members. With the addition of a second production line and a significant increase in work orders, there is strong demand for the products you help build, creating stability and growth potential. The culture values hard work, attention to detail, and respect for people from all backgrounds.
