Job description
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a vital, hands-on position where your expertise in warehousing will directly ensure the efficiency and accuracy of our daily distribution. Advantages
- Pay: $18-$20 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday Day shift
- Location: Richmond Hill, ON (transit accessible)
- Opportunity for Temp to Perm
- Weekly pay through Randstad

Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specific requirements and quality standards.
- Use RF scanners and digital inventory systems to track the movement of goods and ensure data accuracy.
- Manage shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming stock against documentation and preparing outgoing parcels.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support a safe and efficient environment for the team.
- Perform regular inventory counts and replenish stock levels to ensure a steady workflow.
- Follow all established health and safety protocols, including the consistent use of required personal protective equipment.
- Complete general operational tasks as assigned to help the team meet daily production targets.
- Work with colleagues to identify and resolve any discrepancies in orders or stock levels.

Qualifications
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Experience using RF scanners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift up to 50lbs and physically stand and walk throughout the warehouse
- Completion of high school or equivalent
- Experience using the Forklift is an asset
